For all weddings the following applies:

The "From" Price includes

• Meetings with you as required to plan the ceremony - meetings may be in person or via Zoom / Teams / FaceTime / etc.
• Unlimited consultation via telephone, email or video calls before the ceremony
• Preparation of scripts for the ceremony
• Travel costs within a 20 mile radius of our office in Huddersfield
• Attendance at and delivery of the ceremony

Additional Charges

• Rehearsal fee - this will be 10% of the ceremony fee plus excess mileage. A rehearsal can be requested by the client in any case. A rehearsal will be required by the celebrant (at the clients' expense) where the wedding ceremony includes more then 4 contributors in addition to the celebrant and the couple. The rehearsal might not take place at the same location as the actual ceremony
• Any purchases which the company is required to make in order to deliver specific requirements as part the ceremony. For example, unithy candles, hand fasting cords, sand, stones, specific one-off items of clothing for the celebrant (for themed ceremonies).
• Travel expenses for locations outside a 20 mile radius of our office in Huddersfield

Payment Schedule

• A non-refundable booking fee of 1/3 of the total is payable in order to secure you chosen date
• A second installment of 1/3 of the total is payable 4 months before the ceremony - this is the Writing Fee
• Final payment of the outstanding balance (including any additional charges so far) is payable 4 weeks before the ceremony
• In some cases there may be a final balancing payment due at the time of the ceremony. This will only apply if there have been unexpected costs in the final weeks before the ceremony and these will be notified as they occur. 
• There is also the option to pay by monthly direct debit to assist in budgeting once the initial booking fee is paid.
